Substitution Guidelines:

In the event the one(s) you ordered are not available at time of shipment due to more popular varieties selling out quickly and/or because growing conditions such as wet season etc. can destroy plants, I ask that you supply me with a list of alternatives/substitutes to those that you ordered.   I will make every attempt to substitute from your list, however, in the event the substitute(s) is not available, I will choose one that closely resembles the originally ordered cultivar in colour, size and price.

Substitutes can only be chosen from our 2011 AVAILABILITY LIST . 
Your list should be secondary choices of the same type/variety and price.  (EXAMPLE: if your order consists of short varieties, you cannot substitute with taller or more expensive types/varieties)
